1. 1

   Jetties Warm-Up

   Morning:Arrive; gear check; outfitter recon on the harbor.

   Breakfast & coffee:Rum Runners

   Afternoon:Norriego Point jetty snorkel on the incoming tide, paddle after.

   Snorkeling:Destin Snorkel

   Evening:Gumbo at the Boathouse; early night.

   Dinner:Outcast Bar & Grill

2. 2

   Scuba Day

   Morning:Two-tank Gulf dive with a local shop; wrecks and natural bottom.

   Diving:Emerald Coast Scuba

   Afternoon:Rinse gear; surface-interval tacos; nap.

   Lunch:Beignets & Brew

   Evening:Sunset zip line run; sushi at VKI Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar.

   Family fun:Rainforest Black Light Golf & Arcade

   Insider Tip:Book diving early in the week; Gulf weather needs a reschedule buffer, and Day 6 is yours if it blows out.

3. 3

   Springs Raid

   Morning:Drive north; swim Morrison Springs.

   Breakfast & coffee:Pecan Jacks Ice Cream & Candy - Santa Rosa Beach

   Afternoon:Vortex Spring if you are diving or training, Ponce de Leon picnic either way.

   Diving:ScubaTech Destin

   Evening:Back to the coast; burgers and a logbook update.

   Dinner:Outcast Seafood

4. 4

   Throttle Day

   Morning:Jet-ski dolphin tour through the pass.

   On the water:S.E.A. Chase Watersports

   Afternoon:Parasail, then rest; the week is long.

   Parasailing:Sky High Parasailing

   Evening:Recovery seafood at Harbor Docks; early night.

   Dinner:Buddy's Seafood Market 30a

5. 5

   Navarre Reef Day

   Morning:Drive west; snorkel the Navarre Beach Marine Sanctuary reefs, a short swim off the sand.

   Snorkeling:Salty Fins Dolphin and Snorkeling Tours

   Afternoon:Walk Florida's longest Gulf pier; Sea Turtle Conservation Center stop.

   Shopping:For the Health of It

   Evening:Casual dinner back in Destin.

   Dinner:Crackings. - Grayton

   Insider Tip:Bring your own mask and Navarre is a free aquarium. Morning flat water is the window.

6. 6

   Offshore With Strangers

   Morning:Single seat on an offshore charter or party boat; the deck does the introductions.

   Fishing charter:Fish On Charters

   Afternoon:Catch to Harbor Docks.

   Drinks & nightlife:Growler Garage

   Evening:Your fish, three ways, eaten with half the boat.

   Dinner:Let's Eat Y'all

7. 7

   Dune-Lake Dawn & Depart

   Morning:Sunrise kayak on Western Lake at Grayton, herons for company.

   On the water:30A Beach Paddle Surf

   Afternoon:Final Gulf swim; pack.

   Lunch:Stock & Brew Cafe

   Evening:Drive home planning the October Rodeo return.

   Dinner:STEWBY'S Seafood Shanty
