Evening:Your catch cooked three ways, then McGuire's for an Irish Wake under the dollar-bill ceiling.

Insider Tip:The fish photos are the trip's entire return on investment. Take more than feels reasonable.

Golf & Steak
Morning:Tee time at Kelly Plantation, the Fred Couples design along the bay.

Inshore Day
Morning:Second boat: a calm-water inshore charter for redfish, trout, and flounder. A completely different game from Day 2.

Afternoon:Late lunch at Dewey Destin's original on the water.
Lunch:J.C. Seafood House
Evening:Low-key gumbo night at the Boathouse, band included.
Dinner:Bubba's Pizza
Insider Tip:Inshore is the play for anyone who fed the fish offshore. Calm bay water restores dignity.

Second Round & Big Night
Morning:Tee time at Regatta Bay, tight and pretty through the pines.

Afternoon:Recovery hour, then clean up beyond the group's usual standard.
Shopping:Lids
