1. 1

   Offshore Day

   Morning:A six-pack offshore charter split among the crew: snapper, king, whatever's running. Cooler, sunscreen, zero phones.

   Afternoon:Back at the dock; fish handed straight to the kitchen.

   Drinks & nightlife:The Shrimp Shack

   Evening:Harbor Docks cooks your catch, then McGuire's for an Irish Wake (their infamous house drink) and the dollar-bill ceiling.

   Insider Tip:If you rent your own boat instead: Florida BUI enforcement here is real and constant. One sober captain, non-negotiable.

3. 3

   Golf & Steak

   Morning:Tee time at Kelly Plantation or Regatta Bay.

   Drinks & nightlife:Pickle's Burger and Shake

   Afternoon:Recovery burgers at The Gulf on Okaloosa Island, then jet skis or a beach hour for the still-ambitious.

   On the water:Crab Island Watersports
