1. 1

   Land & Launch

   Morning:Arrive and claim rooms; the mimosa toast makes it official.

   Breakfast & coffee:Borago Restaurant

   Afternoon:Beach setup with rented chairs and umbrellas, then the first golden-hour group photo.

   Lunch:The Wine Bar - Watercolor

   Evening:Dinner at VKI Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar (sushi plus cocktails), then live music along the harbor at AJ's.

   Dinner:Stripes Pub & Grill

   Insider Tip:Order the group's beach chairs and the Crab Island pontoon before the trip. July does not forgive procrastinators.

   Crab Island Flotilla

   Morning:Fuel up at The Pancakery, then the double-decker slide pontoon to Crab Island with a Bluetooth speaker and waterproof pouches. Drinks in cans only (no glass, and sales are banned on the sandbar), with a designated sober captain.

   Breakfast & coffee:Bad Ass Coffee

   Afternoon:Food-boat lunch on the water if vendors are out; otherwise the cooler you smartly packed.

   Lunch:Tropical Boho

   Evening:Shower off, dinner at Brotula's, then a dance-adjacent nightcap wherever the harbor is loudest tonight.

   Drinks & nightlife:Papa Joe's Hideaway

   Insider Tip:Morning pontoon slots have calmer water and better photos; afternoon slots have more party. Choose your fighter.

3. 3

   Spa & 30A Golden Hour

   Morning:Group spa morning (Serenity by the sea at the Hilton Sandestin takes groups well).

   Spa & wellness:A Day Away Massage And Spa

   Afternoon:Drive 30A: boutiques in Seaside, a photo op at the Alys Beach white walls, rosé at the Bud & Alley's rooftop.

   Shopping:La cremeria - Gelato/ Ice Cream & coffee shop in Baytown wharf Destin

   Evening:Big dinner at The Red Bar in Grayton: a funky room, a live band, and the crab cakes.

   Dinner:Andy D's Beachside Restaurant & Deck Bar

   Insider Tip:The Seaside pavilions at sunset are the group-photo backdrop. Assign a designated photographer per location and rotate.

4. 4

   Brunch & Boarding Passes

   Morning:Farewell brunch at Boshamps (Sunday) or Another Broken Egg.

   Breakfast & coffee:Nectar Coffee

   Afternoon:Last beach hour and a souvenir sweep at HarborWalk.

   Shopping:Twin Cities Donut Shop

   Evening:Depart with 400 photos and one group album nobody will finish organizing.

   Dinner:Bayou Bill's Crab House

   Insider Tip:Kilwins fudge travels well. Airport security does not care how much you buy.
