   Evening:First-night dinner in; house-rules-and-Venmo summit (dish rotation, quiet hours, expense captain appointed).

   Family fun:Fat Daddy's Pizza - Santa Rosa Beach

   Insider Tip:The expense thread starts night one or resentment starts night two. There is no third option.

2. 2

   (Saturday) - The Flotilla

   Morning:Double-decker slide pontoon(s) to Crab Island, morning slot: coolers packed, sober captains designated, waterproof speaker charged.

   On the water:Tiki Cruise

   Afternoon:Sandbar Olympics: football, floats, food boats if the vendors are out.

   Family fun:Space Walk of the Emerald Coast

   Evening:Showers, then the big-table dinner at McGuire's with the group photo under the dollar bills.

   Dinner:El Paso Mary Esther

   Insider Tip:One boat per 12 people, and July's double-decker rentals sell out a month ahead. This was booked before the house was.

   (Sunday) - Pancakes & Promises

   Morning:Pancake mountain at the house; photo-review show-and-tell.

   Breakfast & coffee:Big Bad Breakfast - Destin

   Afternoon:Final beach hour, cleanup sprint, lost-and-found sweep.

   Lunch:Ye Olde Brothers Brewery

   Evening:Staggered departures with next year's house already discussed.

   Dinner:Pho Pier 77

   Insider Tip:Reunion-sized homes are the scarcest inventory on this coast. Book the same one for next year before the first car leaves.
