1. 1

   Jetties & Gumbo

   Morning:Arrive early, then a self-guided snorkel at the Norriego Point jetties on the incoming tide.

   Snorkeling:Seahorse Reef Topsail Hill Reserve

   Afternoon:Paddleboard the calm pockets, then lunch at Dewey Destin's original on the water.

   On the water:Watersports & Beach Activities

   Evening:Gumbo and live music at Hurricane Oyster Bar & Grill, then an early night. There's a boat tomorrow.

   Dinner:Beach House Social Bar & Grill

   Insider Tip:Incoming tide means glass-clear visibility at the jetties. Check the tide chart before you check in.

   Blue-Water Day

   Morning:A two-tank dive with a local shop (intro dives available if you're not certified).

   Diving:Emerald Coast Scuba

   Afternoon:Surface-interval fish tacos, then the nap you earned.

   Lunch:AJ's Oyster Shanty

   Evening:A HarborWalk zip line run at sunset, then dinner at VKI Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar.

   Family fun:Baytowne Escape

   Insider Tip:Weather blows out Gulf diving fast. Book the dive for Day 2 so Day 3 exists as backup.

3. 3

   Throttle & Go

   Morning:A jet-ski dolphin tour through the pass.

   On the water:Boogies Watersports

   Afternoon:Parasail as the finale, then a quick shower and the drive home salt-cured.

   Parasailing:Just Chute Me! Parasail Destin

   Evening:Home, already comparing October dates.

   Dinner:Local Cantina Greenway Station

   Insider Tip:Stack all motorized fun on the last day and one sunscreen schedule. Your skin is keeping score even when you're not.
